Description

Mina Tepes, the Princess of the ancient covenant and ruler of all vampires, wants her race to stop hiding from the humans. Like other vampires, Mina has been in hiding with her people for many years. Seeking to end centuries of isolation, Mina gains permission to create a special district for vampires, 'The Bund', off the coast of Japan by paying off Japan's national debt. But when she finally attemps to make public the existence of vampires to the world, some politicians, terrorists and rival factions plot to assassinate Mina before she has a chance to get Japan's and International recognition for the Vampire Bund.
