As the search for a missing teenager continues to hit dead ends, Dallas PD is being anything but helpful, forcing community leader Alton Eldridge to take the search public through various media channels. Meanwhile, the Rosebush vigilante, Thorn, is using more aggressive tactics to find the missing teen's whereabouts. A series of shakedowns leads Thorn to uncover sinister activity happening in Dallas connecting to a powerful individual. Thorn is the defender of Rosebush Heights. The bringer of justice against a system of injustice.
