Luck In The Head TP

Description

In Uroconium, Ardwick Crome is dreaming, dreaming of his childhood and the strange ceremony known as the Luck in the Head. A 'lamb' is chased by the women of the village. When caught, it is thought to be good luck to obtain a pie made from the head. The animal is offered to Crome, but somehow it is a gift too heavy with meaning for him to accept, too laden with hidden responsibilities he hardly dares to imagine...

In that city and at that age of the world, it would have been safer for Crome to look inside himself for the source of his dream. Instead he went out and searched for it in Uroconium.
